Central Florida Real Estate Market Update – January ’10

Take a look at the January 2010 Central Florida Real Estate Market Update provided by Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA).  December 2009 home sales were up nearly 52% over December 2008; year-to-date sales are up 59%.  December 2009 median home prices were up 1.63 % compared to November 2009.  Overall, our area median price was down 25% compared to December 2008, but Pending sales are still strong and the number of homes on the market have decreased again in December by 453 homes to 15,549.
